- 2 Large Zucchini thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- ½ tsp sea slat
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 225°
- Place zucchini slices in one layer of paper towels to help draw out liquid.
- Line two large cookie sheets with parchment paper
- Place zucchini slices on parchment paper
- Brush zucchini with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt
- Bake for 2 hours or until golden brown
- Cool completely before eating
