A few years ago, I was stuck. My excuses were bigger than my desire to change.
I was tired of being “good” for 2 weeks then being “off” for 6 weeks.
I was tired of being tired. I was ready for a change. I wasn’t sure how to do it, I just knew I wanted to feel better.
So I started. One day. One workout. One food choice. Joined one accountability group. That one day led to two, two led to three and before I knew it I was being consistent.
I have carbs, I eat fat, I enjoy a treat. It’s not about being perfect it’s about being consistent. Consistency starts with ONE CHOICE.
