Kicking it to Fitness

If you are looking for me this Fall, I am probably at a soccer game cheering on one of my boys, so it seems fitting that my next group has a bit of a Fall sports theme.

I mean, why not? We can score goals, set up plays, make great passes, and celebrate our victories in our health and fitness too! Just a bit differently than what we do in soccer or football!

For 21 days, we will workout together, talk nutrition and share motivation so you can learn healthy lifestyle habits and live that awesome life you deserve.

If you’ve been looking for a solution to reach health, fitness and nutrition goals you have for yourself and would like some accountability, support, and help, join me.

All you need to do is be ALL IN with us. You need to trust the process and invest some time in yourself.

We will choose a workout program that works for you ,  drink Shakeology everyday and work on some personal development. After all, getting fit is more than just being fit on the outside. It starts on the inside.
