❄️ Even during the Holidays you can commit to 20-30 minute workouts 4-5 days a week and simple nutrition (and NOT 100% on point with nutrition!!).
I am looking for:
❄️ People who are ready to start (or continue) living their best, healthiest, and happiest life from the inside out.
❄️ People who realize (but need to practice), that in order to take care of everyone else around us, we must take care of ourselves first.
What to expect:
- Group accountability…checking in to our MyChallengeTracker app daily
- Eating clean and healthy 5 days a week and then enjoying the holidays within moderation the other 2.
- Working out 5 days a week
- Drink Shakeology everyday and the recommended Performance Line products
- Drinking our daily requirement of water.
- Log your workouts and your Shakeology in the My Challenge Tracker App daily.
- Have fun and learn more about making healthy choices.
- Enjoy the Holidays guilt free!
