Yoga is a practice that cultivates a mind-body connection, increases physical awareness, and improves your ability to be mindful and present.

How much yoga do you need to do to see the benefit? Well, just like any other exercise program, the more you do the more benefits you will see. Yoga is no different. Practicing as little as 10 minutes a day a couple times a week helps. However, practicing for 30-45 minutes three to four times per week is ideal.
