Living an abundant life means living life happy and fulfilled. It means seeing opportunity in every challenge. It is about thinking big and giving freely, knowing there is enough to go around.

It is all about attitude. It is about changing our thinking. Here arWhen you are GratefulFear Disappears andAbundance Appearse a couple tips to help create an abundant attitude:

  1. Be grateful. Instead of focusing on what is missing in your life, appreciate what you have. Often times, the most grateful people are the ones with the least.
  2. Smile. It changes how you feel.
  3. Read motivational quotes.
  4. Approach new circumstances with an open mind. Ask yourself, “What can I learn from this?” Being open to new ideas means you are more open to opportunities as they present themselves.
  5. Remind yourself that there is enough to go around. Break that nasty habit of comparing yourself to others by challenging your thinking. Post this in your phone or on your desk: “There is plenty for everyone.” Say it to yourself often.
  6. Compliment and thank others frequently and sincerely. Others like to know they matter. Your happiness increases in proportion to the appreciation you show others.
