50 and
The 50 and Fabulous group is all about creating and maintaining an active healthy lifestyle. Together, we can support and motivate each other to be strong, healthy and active. Members are  near or over 50.

I will help you find a workout that is right for you based on your goals and current fitness level. We will create a nutrition plan that is easy to follow and maintain. It takes work and dedication, but it is worth it. And if you follow the plan, you will feel younger and more energetic. I promise!

Nutrition

  1. Good nutrition begins with a good nutritional base. I want you to eat clean and healthy. We will focus on portion control. I would encourage you to get the portion control containers if you don’t have them because it would just be easier. I will give you the quantities and portion sizes, however.
  2. I will have an easy to follow program that doesn’t involve calorie counting and give you flexibility.
  3. There will be tips and recipes shared. The FIXATE cookbook would help — you could order that too (optional).
  4. You would need to commit to drinking Shakeology every day.
  5. A couple “cheats” a week will be incorporated
  6. Drinking our daily requirement of water.

Workouts

Commit to exercising (your choice) for 25-30 minutes, 5-6 days/week. I will help find the right Beachbody program to suit your needs.

Other requirements

Group accountability…checking in to our facebook page daily (Fall into Fitness).

Have fun and learn more about clean eating and cooking.
