Even during the Holidays you can commit to 20-30 minute workouts 4-5 days a week and simple nutrition (and NOT 100% on point with nutrition!!).
I am looking for:
People who are ready to start (or continue) living their best, healthiest, and happiest life from the inside out.
People who realize (but need to practice), that in order to take care of everyone else around us, we must take care of ourselves first.
What to expect:
- Group accountability…checking in to our MyChallengeTracker app daily
- Eating clean and healthy 5 days a week and then enjoying the holidays within moderation the other 2.
- Working out 5 days a week
- Drink Shakeology everyday and the recommended Performance Line products
- Drinking our daily requirement of water.
- Log your workouts and your Shakeology in the My Challenge Tracker App daily.
- Have fun and learn more about making healthy choices.
- Enjoy the Holidays guilt free!
